Paul Kengor is an internationally recognized authority on several subjects, particularly Ronald Reagan, the Cold War and communism. He is nationally known for work on the American presidency, and he is one of a select group of 58 presidential scholars to participate in C-SPAN’s prestigious, highly regarded ranking of American presidents in 2009, a follow up to C-SPAN’s popular 2000 survey. He is the Senior Director and Chief Academic Fellow for The Center for Vision & Values; Professor of Political Science at Grove City College.
