After a short academic career, Dr. Kenny began in organizational and industrial psychology and then developed the ground breaking Right Brain Approach to understanding consumer motivation and the emotional basis for building a brand. Dr. Kenny’s firm soon became The Right Brain People®, a consulting firm specializing in psychologically based analytical work for Fortune 500 clients.
Dr. Kenny graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and holds the Ph.D. in psychology from Clark University. He has taught courses at a number of colleges and has served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Notre Dame.
He is the author of Birthmother, Goodmother: Her Heroic Story of Redemption. The findings formed the strategic direction for the first national ad campaign for adoption directed at birthmothers.
His book, The Right Brain Way: Drive Your Brand with the Power of Emotion. It contains many wonderful stories about how his clients have charted new territory for their companies and their brands by following The Right Brain Way.
